Photo to Coloring Page Terms of Service

Read Photo to Coloring Page terms for free tools, signup credits, AI results, subscriptions, credit packs, cancellation, refunds and acceptable use.

Last updated: 2026-10-24

Version 3 · Effective October 24, 2026

These terms cover the Photo to Coloring Page website and its online photo conversion service. The service is independently operated under the Photo to Coloring Page brand. Questions about the service, security, billing or these terms can be sent to support@phototocoloringpage.net.

Read these terms together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and current pricing. You can return to the photo to coloring page tool at any time.

1. Who may use an account

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding agreement to create an account or make a purchase. Parents, guardians and educators can use the service to prepare activities for children; children should not create their own accounts. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to do so.

By creating an account or purchasing a plan or credit pack after these terms are presented, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account or purchase paid services. Mandatory rights under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.

2. What the service provides

The service converts a photo into a printable coloring page. The four basic outline styles run on your device without an account. AI styles redraw your image using OpenRouter and the selected image model, currently Black Forest Labs FLUX 3 Image Klein. AI processing depends on third-party services and may change faces, objects or other details. Review the preview before using or printing a result; no particular creative outcome is guaranteed.

This is a digital service, with no physical delivery. You can download completed results or use the print view. Payment provides the credits or subscription described at checkout, not a promise that an AI image will reproduce every detail of an original photograph.

3. Accounts and your photos

Provide an accurate email address and protect your credentials. Email registrations require verification. Google sign-in uses the account you authorize with Google. Report suspected unauthorized access to our support email and use Password & security to manage a password where available.

Only upload photos you own or have permission to process. Obtain appropriate permission before uploading a photo of another person, especially a child. You retain your rights in your uploads. You give us a limited, non-exclusive permission to store and process them, send them to the AI providers required for your requested conversion, and deliver the results to you. This permission does not authorize us to publish your photos in a public gallery or train our own models on them.

4. Free and paid credits

| Item | Current rule | | ------------------------------------------------ | ------------------------------------------------------ | | Basic outlines | Free; processed on your device | | New-account gift | 3 free credits, once per new account; valid for 7 days | | Standard 1K or 2K AI result | 1 credit per successful new result | | Printing or downloading an existing result again | No additional credits | | Technical generation failure | Reserved credits are returned |

The signup gift does not require a payment method, start a subscription, or turn into a paid subscription when it expires. Free credits have no cash value and are not refundable or transferable. Repeated or abusive registrations to obtain rewards may be restricted.

Starting an AI task reserves its credit cost. A successful new result settles that cost; deliberately generating another version is another task. Technical failures return reserved credits. If the original reservation expired while a task was pending, its returned credits may be provided as a 24-hour compensation grant, shown in your history. A result that completed but does not match your preferred artistic style is not automatically a technical failure.

Free gift and reward credits are spent first. Within the remaining paid balance, credits that expire sooner are used before permanent credits, with older grants used first when expiries are equal. You can inspect balances and expiry dates in credit history. Changing a style selection alone does not spend a credit.

5. Subscriptions, credit packs and payment authorization

We offer monthly subscriptions with credits for each billing cycle and separate one-time credit packs. Current USD prices, quantities and applicable taxes are shown on the pricing page and at checkout. The checkout total and billing frequency should be reviewed before you pay.

When you subscribe, you authorize the recurring charge shown at checkout at each monthly renewal until you cancel. When you buy a one-time credit pack, you authorize only that purchase. Credit packs do not renew automatically, and there is no automatic balance top-up feature.

Waffo Pancake handles the hosted checkout and payment processing for enabled Waffo purchases, including the payment and tax information it requires. We receive order and payment-status records and do not store full card numbers or card security codes. Paid credits are added after a payment is confirmed by the payment service. A checkout cancellation or a return to our website alone does not confirm payment.

6. Renewal, expiry and cancellation

Monthly subscription credits expire at the end of their billing cycle and do not roll over. Separately purchased credit-pack credits have no scheduled expiry. Canceling a subscription does not expire or remove those purchased pack credits.

You can cancel online through account billing, including the payment-provider management portal where shown. Cancellation stops subsequent renewals; the current paid period remains usable until its recorded end. Check the cancellation status in your account. If a provider error prevents cancellation, contact support promptly with your account email and order ID.

Canceling a subscription is different from requesting a cash refund or deleting your account. It does not automatically refund the current period or delete your saved images. Contact support separately for account or data deletion.

Only one subscription may be held at a time. Cancel renewal first and wait until the current billing period ends before buying another subscription. Canceling does not grant the next period's credits. New cycle credits require a confirmed successful renewal; expired subscription credits cannot be spent. Separately purchased pack credits remain subject to their own rules.

7. Refunds and billing problems

Our Refund Policy explains eligibility and the request process. An unused first subscription or an entirely unused one-time pack purchased within the previous 7 calendar days can be submitted for a full-refund review. Use of your separate free signup gift does not count as use of purchased credits. Duplicate charges, incorrect charges, undelivered paid credits and unresolved service failures can also be investigated.

Used credits and completed creative results are generally not refundable solely because you prefer a different style. Free credits cannot be redeemed for cash. Exceptions required by law remain available. Send billing or refund requests to support@phototocoloringpage.net with the order ID and relevant details; never send card security codes or passwords.

8. Output rights and responsible use

You keep the rights you already hold in an original photo. To the extent we hold transferable rights in your generated output, you may use that output for lawful purposes subject to these terms and applicable model-provider terms. A paid plan does not provide rights to someone else's photograph, trademark, artwork or likeness. We do not promise that an AI output is copyrightable, exclusive, or free of third-party rights.

Our website software, branding and demonstration materials remain protected by their respective owners' rights. Demo images are labeled and do not represent customer submissions or a guarantee of your result.

  1. Acceptable use policy for AI-generated content

This policy covers submitted photos, prompts and editing instructions, generated coloring pages, stored results, and use or sharing of those results. It applies to free and paid use. The service is intended for lawful, family-friendly creative activities.

9.1 Content standards — six prohibited categories

Do not upload, request, generate, store or distribute any of the following through this service:

  1. Pornography or NSFW sexual content: explicit sexual acts, sexualized nudity, non-consensual intimate imagery or other sexually explicit material. Buying credits or confirming an adult age does not make this category permitted.
  2. Violence or gore: violent or gory imagery, including graphic injury, bloodshed, torture, mutilation, sexual violence, animal cruelty, or images that encourage, threaten or celebrate violent harm.
  3. Hate speech or hateful imagery: content that attacks, dehumanizes, threatens or promotes discrimination or violence against people because of race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation or another protected characteristic. Hateful symbols or propaganda used to promote such abuse are prohibited.
  4. Child-unsafe content, including CSAM: any child sexual abuse or exploitation material, sexualization of minors, grooming, or depictions that exploit or endanger a child. This prohibition includes fictional and AI-generated depictions. Ordinary nonsexual family photos may be converted only with appropriate permission, including a parent or guardian's permission where required.
  5. Deepfakes or impersonation: real-person face swaps, synthetic nudity or intimate scenes, or fabricated statements or actions attributed to a real person, whether or not that person consented. Do not impersonate a person, brand or organization or present an AI image as genuine evidence. A clearly stylized, non-deceptive coloring conversion of an authorized portrait is the intended use of the tool, not permission to fabricate someone's conduct.
  6. Copyright or trademark infringement: content that unlawfully copies, reproduces or exploits another party's photos, artwork, characters, logos or trademarks. You must have the rights or other lawful authorization needed for the upload and requested use. A paid plan does not provide someone else's intellectual-property rights.

Material promoting terrorism, violent extremism or mass violence, and instructions or diagrams facilitating weapons of mass destruction, are also prohibited. Do not submit unlawful harassment, fraud, privacy abuse, malware or attempts to bypass safety controls, access controls, payment rules or credit limits. Do not falsely claim an AI output is an authentic photograph or an independently hand-created work.

You may upload your own photographs or material for which you have obtained the necessary permission from the rights holder and identifiable people. Authorization to upload a photo does not allow any of the prohibited transformations above.

9.2 Report prohibited content or misuse

Anyone, including someone without an account, can report an issue to support@phototocoloringpage.net. Use the subject Content safety report, or URGENT — child safety / imminent harm for an urgent risk. The contact page provides the same channel; signed-in users may also open a support ticket.

Include the result or task ID, relevant URL, approximate date, the category you believe was violated, and a short explanation. For a rights complaint, explain your relationship to the affected work, mark or person. Provide only information needed to locate and assess the issue. You do not need to buy credits or create an account to report.

Do not email suspected CSAM or other illegal imagery as an attachment, and do not redistribute it to gather evidence. Send identifiers and a description instead. If someone faces immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency authorities; this inbox is not an emergency response service.

9.3 Review and action

The website operator reviews reports and identified policy concerns manually. AI generation is also subject to the selected provider's safety rules and refusal mechanisms. Free basic outlines run on your device; we receive an image only when you submit it for AI processing or lawfully provide information for a report.

Our report-handling process is:

  1. Receive and triage: acknowledge a report, identify urgent child-safety or imminent-harm concerns, and ask for missing identifiers when necessary.
  2. Assess relevant evidence: examine the reported details and, where necessary and authorized, the associated input, result and account or task records. We assess reports on their merits and limit access to what is needed for the investigation.
  3. Take proportionate action: a credible urgent risk may require removal of affected stored material or a restriction while review continues. Confirmed violations can lead to a warning, removal, service restrictions or termination under these terms. We may preserve necessary evidence and cooperate with competent authorities where legally required.
  4. Communicate the outcome: notify the reporter and affected account holder where appropriate, explain the action or need for further information, and provide a way to request reconsideration. We do not disclose another user's private account details to a reporter except where legally required.

Private results are not a public gallery. A report does not give its sender access to someone else's images. We handle reporter information with appropriate confidentiality, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable legal obligations. Deliberately false or abusive reports may themselves be investigated. We cannot remove copies already shared outside the service, but may identify the appropriate external reporting channel.

9.4 Response targets and appeals

| Report type | Initial response target | Review and action target | | --------------------------------------------------------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | Suspected child exploitation, credible imminent violence or terrorism | Highest priority; aim to begin assessment within 24 hours of receipt | Act promptly once a credible risk is identified; apply necessary interim restrictions while investigating | | Other prohibited content, impersonation or rights complaints | Acknowledge within 2 business days | Aim for a decision or substantive progress update within 7 business days | | Appeal of a decision | Acknowledge within 2 business days | Aim to reconsider the decision within 10 business days after sufficient information is received |

Business days mean Monday through Friday in UTC. These are operational targets for a service operated by an individual, not a promise of round-the-clock monitoring or guaranteed resolution. Any shorter deadline required by law takes priority. If more time is needed, we aim to explain the reason and give an updated estimate rather than leave a report unanswered.

To appeal, reply to the decision email or write to support@phototocoloringpage.net within 14 calendar days, identifying the decision and any new evidence. We will reassess the relevant facts and correct a mistaken restriction where appropriate. Mandatory rights to seek help from a regulator, payment provider or court remain available.

10. Availability, changes and termination

Maintenance, network failures and third-party model or payment outages can interrupt access. The service is provided as available, and we do not promise uninterrupted operation or a particular AI result. We may change features or future pricing; an existing purchase remains subject to the offer and billing information applicable to it. Material changes affecting paid access will be communicated through the service or account email where appropriate.

You may stop using the service at any time, cancel renewals online and request account deletion by email. If we permanently discontinue paid service for reasons unrelated to your material breach, contact us about unused prepaid benefits and any remedy available under applicable law. Closing an account does not automatically erase transaction records that must lawfully be kept.

11. Liability and disputes

Nothing here excludes liability, warranties or remedies that cannot be excluded by applicable law. Subject to that law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by your use of an AI image, loss of an image you did not download, or interruption beyond our reasonable control. Keep copies of results you need and review them before wider use.

Contact support@phototocoloringpage.net first so we can investigate a service or billing dispute. This does not prevent you from contacting your payment provider, a regulator or a competent court, and does not impose an exclusive foreign forum or waive mandatory consumer protections.

12. Updates and contact

The version and effective date appear above. Material changes apply prospectively and will be communicated through a website notice or account email as appropriate; urgent security or legal changes may need to take effect sooner. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

For support, billing, cancellation assistance, privacy or security requests, use support@phototocoloringpage.net or the contact page.
