Photo to Coloring Page Privacy Policy

This policy explains the personal information handled by the independently operated Photo to Coloring Page service. Your photo takes one of two paths

Free outlines stay on your device. Bold, Classic, Fine and Shaded run in your browser. Selecting a photo for these tools does not send it to our storage or an AI model. A locally generated result is not automatically added to account history; download it if you want to keep it.

AI conversion uses our service providers. When you request an AI generation, we upload the input to private application storage and send it through OpenRouter to the selected image provider, currently Black Forest Labs FLUX 3 Image Klein. We save the source/result references and generation record for your private history and repeat downloads. Your images are not automatically published to a public gallery. Model providers process the request under their own terms and policies; the app does not promise zero retention by every upstream provider.

Please obtain permission before uploading photos of other people. Do not include passwords, payment credentials or unnecessary sensitive information in an upload. An adult should decide whether they have appropriate authority before submitting a child's photo.

Local drafts during registration

To let you continue after registration or Google sign-in, the tool can save your selected input photo, file name, style and output settings in this browser's local storage database. This anonymous draft is not an upload to our servers. It expires for restoration after 24 hours and is cleared when the tool next reads an expired draft. A draft restored after sign-in is removed from the anonymous draft store; it is not automatically sent to AI until you request generation.

Drafts are specific to the current browser and device. You can remove a draft by removing the selected photo in the tool or clearing this website's browser data. Private-browsing restrictions, storage clearing or changing devices can prevent restoration. Local results and anonymous drafts are different from the saved AI history in your account.

Information associated with an account

Authentication records can include an IP address, user agent, locale and referral source where collected by the app. We do not ask for precise device location, government identity documents or a child's own account for the coloring tool. A payment provider may separately request billing or verification information needed for its checkout.

How and why information is processed

We use information to provide the tool you request, maintain your account and private image history, verify identity, deliver paid benefits, handle support, investigate abuse and meet applicable legal obligations. Where a legal basis is required, service delivery and billing are generally based on performing the service contract; security and necessary operational diagnostics on legitimate interests where permitted; records required by law on legal obligations; and optional processing on consent where that law requires it.

For a content-safety or rights report, we process the sender's contact information, relevant result identifiers and evidence needed to assess the complaint. The operator may review associated private inputs, outputs and account/task records where necessary and authorized for that investigation. We limit access and disclosure to the review, appropriate follow-up and legal obligations; a reporter does not receive general access to another user's private images. See our acceptable use and reporting policy for the process and response targets. Do not email suspected illegal child-abuse imagery as an attachment.

The application does not use your uploads to train its own models or sell your photos as a dataset. Third-party AI processing is described above and is subject to the provider's separate practices. We do not sell or rent personal information, or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as part of the current service.

Service providers and data sharing

• Cloudflare supplies infrastructure, private R2 image storage, transactional email and email routing. Its services process the data necessary for those functions. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
• OpenRouter and the selected model provider process the image and instructions needed for an AI conversion. See OpenRouter's privacy policy. AI output can change details in your original image.
• Waffo Pancake provides the hosted checkout for Waffo purchases and handles the payment and billing information it requests. Our app receives order references, transaction status and entitlements; it does not store full payment-card numbers or security codes.
• Google processes information involved in Google sign-in/One Tap and, where used, the operator's support-email delivery. Loading a Google sign-in prompt can contact Google. You can choose email registration instead. See Google's privacy policy.

We may also disclose information where required by applicable law, to investigate fraud or protect rights, or in a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards and notice where required.

Cookies, analytics and messages

Necessary cookies maintain sessions and authentication state. Browser storage also holds appearance preferences, draft handoff data and verification-resend or welcome-message state. See the Cookie Policy for controls.

At this policy's update, the site has no configured Google Analytics, Plausible, advertising pixel or external live-chat tracker. If optional tracking is introduced, the relevant disclosures and consent controls must be updated as required. Google authentication and hosted checkout remain separate services, with their own essential authentication/payment technologies.

We send service-related messages such as verification codes, password links, payment receipts, subscription notices and support replies. These are not a marketing subscription. The current service does not operate a newsletter or bulk promotional messaging feature.

Retention and deletion

Canceling a paid subscription does not delete an account or its images. To ask for stored-image or account deletion, email support with your account email and the relevant result IDs if available. We verify that you are entitled to make the request, remove or anonymize information where applicable, and explain any records that must be retained. A provider may have separate legal or operational retention requirements; we cannot promise that removing an app record erases every independent provider record immediately.

Security and international processing

The service uses password hashing, hashed verification codes, account-based image access and private storage. These measures reduce risk but do not make any online system invulnerable. Protect your email and credentials and report suspected unauthorized access to support.

Cloudflare and our AI, identity, email and payment providers may process information outside your country. Their infrastructure, including global networks, can involve multiple regions. Where applicable law requires additional transfer safeguards, those requirements apply; this policy does not claim that an unverified certification, residency guarantee or special transfer agreement is already in place.

Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access to your information, a copy, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, an objection to certain processing, or withdrawal of consent. Send the request to support@phototocoloringpage.net; an account is not required to contact that address. We may ask for proportionate proof of account ownership and respond within the time required by applicable law. You can also contact the appropriate data-protection authority where you have that right.

You can use the free local tool without an account, choose email rather than Google sign-in, remove a selected draft, clear browser data, and cancel a subscription through billing settings. Download results you need to keep independently of the service.

Adults, children's photos and policy changes

Accounts and purchases are intended for adults aged 18 or older. The service can help adults prepare children's coloring activities, but is not intended for children to register directly. If you believe a child created an account without appropriate authority, or a photo was submitted without permission, contact support so we can investigate.
